RF power amplifier is the transistor of the amplifier module. This is the core MMIC. The frequency and power of different signals have different requirements for transistors, so we need to have a lot of technology and inventory reserves.

RF power amplifiers currently on the market are mainly divided into GaAs and GaN in terms of materials. The GaAs type is mainly used in low-power equipment, and the GaN material type is mainly used in high-power and high-frequency equipment.

We have a long-term and stable supply chain for RF power amplifiers, and in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency and quality, we are also investing in our own unique RF transistors.
